he went in to hospital to have a hernia operation which was not done because general health issues then they found that he had a stroke in the past but not recently and also he had diabetes and a heart murmur which doctors at surgery did not pick up on and also he had a gargene foot which was due to come off but he was transferred to darlington hospital for the amputation of his foot but didnt have it done because he had a stroke on the thursday night and he was dead by 3pm on the friday
